- Prepare 2kg of vegetarian meat, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, 8 bowls (1.5L) of water.
 - Rinse vegetarian meat.
 - Pour 8 bowls (1.5L) of water and 1 packet of A1 Vegetarian Soup Spices to boil, then add the vegetarian meat. Use medium heat to cook for 30 minutes.
 - Add in pepper and it is ready to be served.
 - Simmer a few more minutes for spicier flavour.
