Preparation: 1.2 litre of water. 600 gm yellow noodle and meehoon, 200 gm long bean and eggplant, 10 deep-fried bean curds and some bean sprouts and vege char siew. 300 ml thick coconut milk.
Cooking Method:
1.Rinse the long bean and eggplant, cut into section and slices. Scald and leave aside.
2.Boil 1 litre of water in a pot. Add in 1 packet of Nyor Nyar Vegetarian Curry Noodle Paste, boil together with coconut milk. Add in the deep-fried bean curds.
3.Scald noodles and bean sprouts, put into
4 big bowls. Add in vegetarian char siew and other ingredients, pour curry and serve.
